Subsidiaries distribute dividend towards Telelink Business Services Group AD

On 28 June 2021, the Managing Board of Telelink Business Services Group AD approved the annual financial statements for 2020 of the subsidiaries : Comutel DOO (Serbia), Telelink d.o.o. (Bosnia and Herzegovina), Telelink Business Services Montenegro Doo – Podgorica (Montenegro), Telelink d.o.o. (Slovenia), Telelink Albania SH.P.K. (Albania), Telelink Business Services Dooel (North Macedonia) and Telelink Business Services Doo (Croatia) and resolved upon the distribution of total dividends in the amount of EUR 1,030,000.00, including: EUR 430,000.00 from Telelink d.o.o. (Slovenia), EUR 400,000.00 from Telelink d.o.o. (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and EUR 200,000.00 from Comutel DOO (Serbia).

The respective dividend income will participate in the formation of TBS Group AD’s individual profit for the first six months of the current year. In the third quarter of 2021, the Company will propose to the General Meeting of Shareholders to approve a dividend based on the interim financial statements as of 30.06.2021.
