Manifested interest from a potential investor

We hereby notify that CCL CEECAT Fund II SCSp, a private equity investor organized and registered under the laws of Luxembourg, has expressed interest in a potential investment in “Telelink Business Services Group” AD.

For the purpose of regulatory and legal compliance, the Company will allow CCL CEECAT Fund II SCSp to perform business, financial and legal due diligence, in accordance with the applicable Bulgarian and European legislation, by-laws, guidelines of the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), as well as in accordance with the internal rules and procedures of “Telelink Business Services Group” AD
