On 01.07.2021, „Telelink Business Services“ EAD concluded a Framework Agreement for the provision of services with the German airline „Deutsche Lufthansa“ AG

The subject matter of the Framework agreement is: The provision of LAN and WiFi services at various locations where „Deutsche Lufthansa“ AG has affiliates, maintains bases and/or operates.

The scope of the LAN and WiFi services, as well as the terms and the parameters under which “Telelink Business Services” EAD shall provide them are described in detail in Appendix “SOW to Framework Agreement”, which is an integral part of the Framework Agreement.

The term of the Framework Agreement signed on 01.07.2021 between „Telelink Business Services” EAD and Deutsche Lufthansa” AG is 5 years.

This notification is made pursuant to Art. 17 of Regulation No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council from 16 April 2014 on market abuse (Market Abuse Regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Directives 2003/124 / EC , 2003/125 / EC and 2004/72 / EC of the Commission.
