Telelink Business Services EAD distributes dividend towards Telelink Business Services Group AD

On 4 June 2021, the Managing Board of Telelink Business Services Group AD approved the annual financial statements and annual report of Telelink Business Services ЕAD for 2020 and resolved upon the distribution of a dividend from the subsidiary’s profit for 2020 in the amount of BGN 11,441,605.50.

The respective dividend income will participate in the formation of TBS Group AD’s individual profit for the first six months of the current year. In the third quarter of 2021, the Company will propose to the General Meeting of Shareholders to approve a dividend based on the interim financial statements as of 30.06.2021.
